Student Ministry Administrative Coordinator
Part-Time (20 Hours/Week) | Hourly, Non-Exempt | Troy Campus
Woodside Bible Church is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Student Ministry Administrative Coordinator to support the Troy Campus Student Ministry team. This part-time, hourly, non-exempt role serves as the operational backbone of the ministry, ensuring that systems, communications, data management, and administrative processes run smoothly so ministry leaders can focus on discipling students and developing leaders.
Serving both middle school and high school ministries, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, systems, and behind-the-scenes ministry support while contributing to the mission of helping students belong to Christ, grow in Christ, and reach the world for Christ.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the assimilation process for new students, including guest follow-up and welcome initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate student records, attendance tracking, and ministry databases.
  • Generate reports and provide data to support ministry decision-making and follow-up.
  • Coordinate weekly communications for student ministry leaders and volunteers.
  • Manage FMX requests and serve as the primary liaison for student ministry facility and setup needs.
  • Support ministry leaders by coordinating administrative workflows, systems, and operational processes.
  • Assist with ministry events, registrations, and communication efforts.
  • Collaborate with middle school and high school ministry leaders to ensure consistent administrative support across the Student Ministry team.
Qualifications:
  • Active member of Woodside Bible Church and actively participating at the Troy Campus.
  • Prior experience managing systems, databases, administrative processes, or office operations preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with technology, databases, Microsoft Office, and digital communication tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and follow through consistently.
  • Alignment with the mission, values, and Student Ministry philosophy of Woodside Bible Church.
  • Demonstrates spiritual maturity and a lifestyle consistent with biblical leadership principles.
Position Details:
  • Part-time position working 20 hours per week.
  • Hourly, non-exempt classification.
  • Some evening and weekend availability may be required to support ministry events and activities.
  • Active membership and ongoing participation at the Troy Campus are required.
