Job description

Pay Grade: Grade 1 $35,500 - $44,719
Classifications: Regular, Full-Time, Non-Exempt, Non-Ministerial, Domestic, Non-Missionary

Typical Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Maintain active membership at an Every Nation church.
  • Assist the Design Supervisor in determining design project deliverables and timeline.
  • Design and produce graphics for digital print, and multimedia use, including websites, presentations, and marketing materials. 
  • Partner with other departments to develop compelling visuals for campaigns, events, and publications.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of design trends, software, and production techniques.
  • Provide creative input and feedback during project planning and review phases.
  • Make revisions based on creative feedback in a timely and positive manner.
  • Organize and maintain design files and digital assets.
  • Assist with basic layout adjustments. 

Minimum Qualifying Education:

  • Degree in arts or design-related field preferred

Minimum Qualifying Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience as a graphic designer

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Experienced in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign
  • Understands basic concepts of typography, layout, and design
  • Creative thinking
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to manage time and meet deadlines
  • Able to juggle multiple projects at the same time
