Administrative Assistant Job Summary

The Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to leadership to ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the organization. This position serves as a central resource for coordinating administrative projects, onboarding activities, employee events, compliance tracking, office operations, and internal communications.

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for maintaining accurate records, organizing documents, coordinating meetings and events, managing office resources, and supporting special projects while demonstrating exceptional professionalism, organization, confidentiality, and customer service. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and committed to supporting a collaborative, service-oriented work environment while contributing to the overall success of the organization through efficient administrative support and continuous process improvement.
