As a key part of our parts department, you'll:
Own the parts sales process from start to finish with confidence and professionalism
Work directly with customers and our service team, becoming their trusted go-to parts expert
Provide fast, accurate price quotes and information over the phone or in-person
Use parts catalogs and tech tools to find exactly what our customers need
Review body shop estimates to ensure all parts are accurate and priced correctly
Maintain organized, accurate stock through weekly bin checks and smart ordering
Source and order out-of-stock items quickly to keep things moving
Handle billing, payments, and credit authorizations smoothly and efficiently
