Job description

The Part Counter Person at The Mason Automotive Group plays a critical role in logistics and material handling, ensuring efficient stocking and fulfillment of parts orders. This position requires a solid knowledge of parts, completion of all General Motors factory training along with other available training programs, and the ability to utilize technology to assist both clients and technicians. Exceptional customer satisfaction skills are essential, as this role involves assisting customers with orders via phone or internet.
