Job description

We are seeking aย Robot Programmerย with experience inย FANUC, KUKA and ABB robots, robotic simulation, and vision-guided automation. The ideal candidate will haveย strong hands-on experience with industrial automation, on-site commissioning, and programming high-volume robotic systems.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Program and optimizeย FANUC and ABB robotsย for various applications.
  • Develop and test robot motion usingย FANUC ROBOGUIDE and ABB RobotStudio.
  • Implementย vision-guided robotic systemsย usingย FANUC iRVision 2D, 3DL, and 3DV.
  • Work onย PLC integrationย (Allen Bradley) for seamless automation.
  • Perform on-siteย robot commissioning, debugging, and troubleshooting.

Handleย robotic applicationsย including:

  • Automotiveย Body shop and powertrain automation,ย Packaging & Palletizing,ย Vision-guided robot control for part handling,ย Dispensingย adhesive applications,ย Spot Welding,ย Provide on-site support forย robot startups, cycle time optimization, and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implementย efficient robotic automation solutions.


Qualifications:

3+ years of experienceย inย robot programming and industrial automation.
Strong hands-on experience withย FANUC and ABB robots.
Proficiency inย FANUC ROBOGUIDE, ABB RobotStudioย for offline simulation.
Experience withย FANUC iRVision 2D, 3DL, 3DVย for vision applications.
Knowledge ofย Allen Bradley PLCsย for robotic control integration.
Familiarity withย automotive manufacturing, packaging, and machine tendingย applications.
Strong troubleshooting skills forย on-site commissioning and debugging.


GM Certifications (GRS)ย ,ย FANUCย Certifications preferred.
Willingness to travel forย on-site robot programming and support.
