Compact Equipment Technician – Tilleman Equipment

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Havre, MT

Tilleman Equipment, your full-line Bobcat dealer, is seeking an experienced Compact Equipment Technician to join our team. If you have strong knowledge of compact machinery and want to work for a company that values integrity, community, and professional growth, this is the opportunity for you.

What You’ll Do
  • Diagnose, repair, and service Bobcat equipment and customer-owned machines
  • Operate equipment and attachments to ensure safe and correct performance
  • Participate in ongoing Bobcat service training to enhance your skills
  • Complete required work order documentation with accuracy
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Follow all safety standards and procedures
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management

What You Bring
  • Certified Bobcat training (or proven experience with compact equipment)
  • Your own tools
  • Ability to navigate computers and service software
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to lift 75–100 lbs. occasionally
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to pass a motor vehicle check, background check, and drug screening
