• Conduct individualized counseling sessions tailored to patients dealing with chronic pain, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Override Health, you will primarily focus on patients suffering from chronic pain conditions, which may include fibromyalgia, arthritis, or persistent back pain. These individuals often experience comorbid mental health issues such as anxiety and depression. Your role will be pivotal in addressing the interplay between mental and physical health, equipping patients with practical coping strategies, and fostering resilience in challenging circumstances.

• A valid and active LMHC license in the state of Washington is mandatory.
• A Master’s Degree in Counseling or a related field is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective patient engagement.
• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms to provide remote care.
• Ability to work within and contribute to a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

• Minimum of three years of professional experience counseling clients with chronic pain or similar conditions is highly preferred.
• Experience in or knowledge of wellness coaching, behavioral health, or integrative health practices will be considered an asset.
• Familiarity with therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or mindfulness-based approaches.

Your expertise as a licensed mental health counselor is valued at a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually.
