About This Role

The candidate MUST have a Montessori Certification in Upper Elementary Montessori.


What You'll Do

The certified Upper Elementary Montessori teacher is responsible for guiding and enriching the experiences and environment of children grades 4th - 6th in an Upper Elementary Montessori classroom setting. The ideal candidate will have several years experience as a lead teacher in a Montessori school, demonstrate a commitment to Montessori principles, and a devotion to creating a joyful, nurturing and beautiful prepared environment; someone with a peaceful and grounded self. He or she must also be flexible, calm, patient, friendly and professional. The candidate must be competent with child management, able to establish and maintain parent rapport, flexible and has a genuine love and respect for all children. Candidates must understand and respect diverse backgrounds, skills and strengths of the children in the classroom. Assisting the director, and partake in housekeeping of our school. The position's working hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-3pm.

Have a Montessori certification in Upper Elementary Montessori.
