This role will ensure that assessment activities are consistent, scalable, well-documented, and executed with excellence. This person will also provide the Multiplication Director with reliable information, operational insight, and support for strengthening the Collaborative's leadership pipeline.

- Ability to collect, organize, and report operational data that supports leadership decisions.
- Able to hold sensitive information about the development of ministry staff in confidence.
- Member or willing and able to become a member of the Summit Church.
Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end assessment (including LeaderPulse, Leader Assessment, and Church Planter Assessment) process, from candidate intake and scheduling through assessment meeting execution, reporting, and follow-up.
- Coordinate communication among candidates, assessors, assessment leads, Collaborative churches, and internal staff.
- Maintain a master assessment calendar, project plans, timelines, checklists, and participant records.
- Ensure that required forms, assessments, travel arrangements, facilities, meals, materials, and technology are prepared for each assessment event.
- Track outstanding actions and ensure that assessment decisions and follow-up steps are completed on schedule.
- Develop contingency plans and resolve logistical or process issues that arise before, during, or after assessment events.

- Build dashboards or recurring reports that show assessment volume, candidate progress, assessor capacity, outcomes, and operational bottlenecks.
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with vendors or internal partners as needed.
- Evaluate tools and workflows and recommend improvements that increase reliability, usability, and scalability.
Manage Assessor Capacity and Deployment
- Maintain a current roster of assessors and assessment leads, including availability, experience, training status, strengths, and deployment history.
- Coordinate assessor recruitment, onboarding, training, scheduling, and ongoing communication.
- Develop and manage a repeatable process for assigning assessors to assessment events based on capacity, experience, candidate needs, and strategic priorities.
- Monitor assessor utilization and identify future capacity gaps.
- Ensure assessors receive timely information, materials, schedules, and post-event follow-up.
Support Leadership Pipeline Operations
- Partner with the Multiplication Director to translate leadership-pipeline priorities into clear operational plans.
- Coordinate the logistics and administration of pipeline training opportunities.
- Maintain visibility into prospective church planters and their movement through the identification, assessment, and development process.
- Track action items, milestones, risks, and next steps for pipeline initiatives.
- Document and improve pipeline processes so they can be used consistently across the Collaborative.
Support Collaborative Operations
- Assist the Collaborative Team with operational initiatives and special projects that advance the health and multiplication of the Collaborative.
- Provide project management, process improvement, and administrative support for ministry priorities beyond the assessment system as needed.
- Help build scalable systems and workflows that strengthen the Collaborative's overall effectiveness.
