Senior .NET Full Stack Developer

Location: Bedford, Texas | Employment Type: Full Time | Salary: $120,000–$130,000 per year

Overview

We are a mission‑driven organization that leverages technology to support global outreach and ministry efforts. Our in‑house engineering team builds and maintains enterprise‑grade platforms, including donor systems, content management tools, web portals, and internal applications that operate 24/7 at global scale.

Core Technology Stack
  • Backend: ASP.NET Core (6, 7, 8), ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET MVP, Clean Architecture or Modular Monolith boilerplate
  • Frontend: Angular 14–18
  • ORM: Entity Framework Core
  • Databases: Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Advanced T‑SQL
  • Caching: Redis (cache‑aside, write‑through, distributed patterns)
  • Authentication & Authorization: Duende IdentityServer or custom AuthServer, Azure Entra ID with OpenID Connect and OAuth 2.0
  • Cloud & Deployment: Microsoft Azure (App Services), Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and maintain enterprise‑grade applications using Clean Architecture and ASP.NET MVP boilerplate

  • Design, optimize, and maintain PostgreSQL and SQL Server schemas, queries, and stored procedures
  • Implement and optimize Redis caching for high‑traffic donor platforms
  • Configure, extend, and integrate authentication systems with Azure Entra ID for SSO
  • Deploy, monitor, and support applications in Azure environments
  • Ensure application security using modern authentication and network protection practices
  • Collaborate on‑site with developers, designers, broadcasters, and mission staff
  • Write clean, well‑tested, and well‑documented code
Required Experience
  • 5+ years of professional .NET development experience
  • Strong expertise in ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and Clean Architecture
  • Experience with Angular 14+
  • Advanced experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and complex T‑SQL
  • Hands‑on experience implementing Redis caching strategies
  • Experience building or maintaining authentication systems integrated with Azure Entra ID
  • Experience deploying and managing applications in Microsoft Azure
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, Swagger, and token‑based authentication
Nice to Have
  • Python for automation or data processing
  • Cloudflare tools (Workers, R2, Pages, Access, WAF)
