Join Christian Brothers Services, a mission-driven organization supporting Catholic ministries nationwide. Our Enterprise Operations division is seeking a Business Data Analyst to deliver enterprise-level analytics, reporting, and data solutions that support informed decision-making across healthcare, retirement, risk, and consulting services.

In this role, you will analyze complex business data, develop reporting and business intelligence solutions, support enterprise data platforms, and help drive strategic outcomes through reliable insights and continuous innovation. Salary range: $75,000 to $100,000

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Analytics & Reporting

  • Analyze complex operational, financial, customer, claims, eligibility, and program data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Validate, reconcile, and interpret data from multiple internal and external sources to ensure reliability and accuracy
  • Develop actionable insights, recommendations, and reporting narratives for business stakeholders and leadership teams

Advanced Data Analysis & Data Quality

  • Perform data cleansing, reconciliation, and root-cause analysis to identify and resolve data quality issues
  • Conduct trend analysis, performance monitoring, and outcome measurement to support strategic and operational decisions
  • Apply strong analytical judgment to ensure data-driven conclusions are meaningful and actionable

Data Platforms, Databases & Enablement

  • Support enterprise data and reporting platforms, including troubleshooting and issue resolution
  • Work with SQL, relational databases, and structured data environments to support analytics and reporting initiatives
  • Document and understand end-to-end data flows across systems, vendors, and business functions

Vendor, File & Data Integration Management

  • Support vendor relationships related to data files, reporting, and inbound/outbound data exchanges
  • Ensure adherence to standard data exchange protocols and file layouts, including ANSI 834, 837, and related formats
  • Coordinate with IT teams and external partners to ensure secure, timely, and accurate data transmission

Innovation, AI & Continuous Improvement

  • Leverage automation, AI-assisted tools, and emerging technologies to improve efficiency, data quality, and insight generation
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and modernize enterprise analytics processes
  • Contribute to analytics governance, standards, and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data-focused roles
  • Experience supporting enterprise reporting platforms and complex data environments
  • Strong working knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and data validation techniques
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI and analytics tools strongly preferred
  • Experience in healthcare, financial services, retirement, insurance, or other regulated industries preferred
