What You'll Bring
  • Diagnose and complete routine and moderately complex repairs across building systems
  • Respond to resident service requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled inspections
  • Maintain the appearance and functionality of buildings, grounds, and common areas
  • Complete apartment turnovers within established timelines
  • Participate in an on-call rotation and respond to emergency maintenance issues
  • Assist with vendor and contractor coordination as needed
  • Maintain accurate work order documentation using mobile maintenance software
  • Follow all safety procedures, OSHA requirements, and company policies
