THE ROLE

We're looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing dance instructor who can light up a room, build community, and create an unforgettable experience for every client who walks through our doors.

This role is about much more than teaching choreography. Our instructors are leaders, motivators, and confidence-builders who help clients step outside their comfort zones and celebrate what their bodies can do.

All instructors are required to complete our Instructor Development Program before teaching their first class. This professional training is provided at no cost and will set you up for success in the studio.

HOURS & COMPENSATION

We're currently looking for instructors available to teach 1-2 classes per week, primarily:

Weekday evenings

Weekend mornings and afternoons

Occasional performance coverage as needed

Classes are taught at our Westerville studio, with occasional opportunities to support pop-up events and performances offsite. Reliable transportation is required.

Compensation starts at $30 per class, with opportunities for growth.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Experience teaching dance to adults

Experience creating original choreography

Strong stage presence and confidence leading a group

Bonus points if you have a background in dance team, drill team, cheer, fitness instruction, or other performance-based roles.

AUDITION PROCESS

An in-studio audition is required as part of the final selection process using your own original choreography.

When applying, Applicants must submit an example of their original choreography from a past class or performance.

Applications submitted without a choreography video will not be considered.
