Job description

Summary Organizing distributing, filing, listing, and accounting for all music in the choral library. Career Readiness Competencies: Communication Critical Thinking Professionalism Essential Functions Organizing music and keeping the library clean and filed. Stamping and entering new music into the choral library Excel file.

Assigning and distributing choral music to ensemble members (academic year only). Collecting choral music from ensemble members when music is completed (academic year only). Accounting for missing music and notifying members and directors of missing pieces (academic year only).

Lending music and accounting for music borrowed and returned. Informing choral faculty of library needs or concerns. Minimum Qualifications Organizational skills Timeliness with respect to deadlines Even-tempered when dealing with large quantities of music and personnel Basic computer skills including rudimentary knowledge of Excel and Outlook Ability to communicate with directors on needs of ensembles and deadlines Bowling Green State University is an equal opportunity employer.
