Duties include, but are not limited to: Prepping sponge cakes, creams, chocolates, etc Frosting/decorating cakes, shortcakes, pastries Stocking organizing items ordered from vendors Being able to lift a MINIMUM of 25lbs. Checking product inventory Clean all equipment/utensils/floor/tools daily Organize all cake related materials in the walk-in cooler/freezer and storage area Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the back of the house and walk-in cooler/freezer and storage area Maintain professional appearance at all times Maintain proper food handling, safety and sanitation standards Be on time to all scheduled shifts
