Job description

All Care Home Health in Rosemead is currently seeking a qualified full-time/part-time Physical Therapist to join our dedicated healthcare team. This position offers a unique blend of administrative oversight and hands-on patient care, presenting an excellent opportunity for a PT looking to expand their professional scope.
Position: Chinese-Speaking Physical Therapist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee patient charts and clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct 90-day and annual evaluations according to established protocols for our in-house therapists/contractors.
  • Provide supervision and guidance to our team of PTs and PTAs.
  • Perform Start of Care (SOC) evaluations for new patients as needed.
  • Maintain flexibility to visit patients at various locations when necessary.

Requirements:
  • Active Physical Therapist license in good standing.
  • Strong documentation skills and knowledge of regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel to patient locations for evaluations.
  • Flexibility regarding work locations.
