Job:Chinese-Speaking Associate Attorney

Description: Our boutique law firm seeks a recent bar admittee or attorney who speaks Chinese fluently and with one year of experience in civil litigation.

What you’ll do:

  • Represent clients in the following practice areas: trust and estates litigation, family law, estate planning, business transactions, and business litigation.
  • Manage cases from start to finish, including propounding/responding to discovery, taking and defending depositions, drafting dispositive motions, and preparing for trial.

What you bring:

  • You are admitted to and in good standing with the CA State Bar.
  • You speak Chinese fluently.
  • You have 0-2 years of experience as an attorney.
  • You have excellent organization and communication skills, as well as a strong work ethic.
  • Must have authorization to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
