Proactively identify and implement process improvements. Support accounting management with special projects and ad hoc requests. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience Minimum 2-3 years of accounting and/or finance experience Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Advanced understanding and knowledge in accounting software (i.e. QuickBooks, NetSuite, etc.). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written skills in both English and Mandarin, with the ability to effectively communicate across various organizational levels

Thorough knowledge of general ledger accounting and account reconciliation Remarkable detail-orientation and problem-solving capabilities. Interest in utilizing AI tools and technology to improve workflow efficiency and accuracy. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications: Accounting and/or finance experience in the eCommerce and/or Consumer Product Goods (CPG) industry.
