Location: Remote

Salary range - 112K - 134K

POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial BDM Manager, China to lead and support the continued
growth and execution of our China business. This role will serve as the primary day-to-day business lead for China,
managing the relationship with our strategic distribution and e-commerce partner, WPIC, while coordinating
internally across sales, operations, finance, supply chain, and marketing teams.
This is a high-visibility role with significant long-term growth potential. The position is ideal for someone who
combines strong analytical and organizational skills with business problem-solving, relationship management, and
a proactive mindset. While the role is focused exclusively on China, the market represents one of Nordic Naturals'
largest global growth opportunities, with the potential to scale significantly over time.
The ideal candidate is someone with several years of experience in international business, e-commerce, account
management, sales operations, or business development who is looking to grow into a broader international
leadership role over time.

Partner & Business Management
Own and manage the day-to-day relationship with Nordic Naturals' China partner, WPIC
Drive accountability against business objectives, KPIs, timelines, and revenue targets
Coordinate regular business reviews, action plans, and performance updates
Ensure strong communication and alignment between WPIC and internal teams
Support the ongoing transition and optimization of Nordic Naturals' single-partner model in China

Sales & Growth Execution
Support development and execution of annual sales and growth plans for China
Identify opportunities to grow sales across key platforms including Tmall, JD, Douyin, and Little Red Book
(LRB/Xiaohongshu)
Monitor business performance, identify trends, and recommend actions to improve growth and profitability
Assist in forecasting, inventory planning, and demand planning coordination
Support launch planning, promotional execution, and platform initiatives
Platform & Marketing Oversight
Partner closely with WPIC to align platform strategies and execution priorities
Review marketing initiatives and evaluate ROI and performance metrics
Help identify opportunities to improve traffic, conversion, customer acquisition, and brand visibility
Analyze sales data, platform performance, and competitive trends to support recommendations and decision-
making

Cross-Functional Coordination
Work closely with internal stakeholders across supply chain, finance, operations, customer service, and
marketing
Partner with Fiona and Guy on operational execution, administrative coordination, reporting, and ongoing
business management
Ensure internal teams and WPIC have the information, approvals, assets, and support needed to execute
effectively
Help resolve operational challenges and escalate issues proactively when needed
Business Analysis & Reporting
Prepare business updates, presentations, and performance reviews for leadership
Track KPIs, revenue performance, marketing spend, and platform trends
Deliver actionable insights and recommendations based on business data and market analysis
Support long-range planning and growth strategy discussions for China
Key Priorities (First 6-12 Months)
Successfully support and optimize the transition to the single-partner model with WPIC
Deliver against China revenue and growth objectives
Help scale emerging platforms including Douyin and Little Red Book
Improve forecasting, planning, and operational coordination
Enhance marketing effectiveness and ROI visibility
Strengthen communication, accountability, and execution cadence with WPIC

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, International Business, Supply Chain, or related field
3-7 years of experience in account management, business development, international business, e-
commerce, sales operations, or related fields
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Comfortable working cross-functionally with both internal teams and external partners
Experience working selling supplements or CPG product into China through: distributors, trade partners or
agencies.
Experience working with Amazon, e-commerce platforms, or international distributors is a plus
Experience with China e-commerce platforms (Tmall, JD, Douyin, LRB/Xiaohongshu) is a strong plus but
not required
Chinese language skills are a plus but not required
