Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute tailored marketing strategies to showcase properties effectively.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide expert guidance throughout the listing process.
  • Conduct thorough market analyses to determine competitive pricing for properties.
  • Coordinate and host open houses and property showings to attract potential buyers.
  • Negotiate offers and contracts with buyers' agents to ensure favorable outcomes for clients.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.
  • Utilize our innovative tools and resources to generate and manage leads efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications:
  • Active Wisconsin Real Estate License, or currently enrolled in coursework to obtain one.
  • Strong knowledge of Dane County and surrounding markets (or willingness to learn quickly).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients and teammates.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously, with strong attention to detail.
  • Confident using CRM systems, email, and phone outreach to manage leads and follow-up tasks.
  • Comfortable with in-person client meetings, property showings, and open houses.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with a client-first mindset.
