About the Role:

As a Dental Assistant, you will work directly with dentists and patients to assist with dental procedures and ensure a smooth and efficient workflow in the office. You will play a critical role in helping patients achieve their best smile by assisting with dental procedures, providing excellent patient care, and supporting office operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, building trust with young patients and their families for a stress-free visit.
  • Educate children and their parents on proper oral care and the importance of regular dental checkups, making learning fun and accessible.
  • Take X-rays and complete coronal polishing
  • Accurately maintain patient records, ensuring thorough charting and documentation.
  • Keep the clinical area well-organized, strictly following infection control protocols, such as regular sterilization of instruments, to maintain safety and hygiene.
  • Prepare treatment rooms prior to patient arrival by ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are ready and available.
