Experience analyzing high volumes of customer queries and creating content and experiences to match the customer intent
Established expertise in creating and evolving processes and then driving changes to increase efficiency and improve quality
3+ years of experience in creative writing, technical writing, or editorial strategy, with an emphasis on the end-user audience
Works well with a team in a collaborative creative environment
BA/BS degree in Journalism, English, Communications, or Computer Sciences
Natural and inquisitive passion for modern technology
Very keen eye for excellence in creating and delivering content
Creative writing skills a plus
Creative problem solving skills
