Job Summary
  • Teach Amazing Classes — Deliver high‑energy, confidence‑building classes using The Little Gym’s proven curriculum and teaching method, ensuring every child experiences serious fun and measurable progress.
  • Lead Program Excellence — Oversee the full breadth of Parent/Child, Pre‑K, and Grade School programs, ensuring curriculum quality, safety, and alignment with The Little Gym’s high standards.
  • Provide Outstanding Customer Service — Build strong relationships with families, greet members warmly, answer questions, resolve concerns, and create a welcoming environment that keeps families excited to return.
  • Drive Membership Growth — Engage with families to promote programs, support enrollment and retention, and contribute to a thriving membership community.
  • Support Local Marketing & Community Outreach — Assist with social media, events, partnerships, and in‑gym promotions to increase visibility and attract new families.
  • Train & Support Team Members — Oversee training, coaching, and evaluation of instructors to ensure consistent class quality and a positive, collaborative team culture.
  • Maintain a Clean, Safe Facility — Uphold The Little Gym’s standards for cleanliness, organization, and safety across all program areas.
  • Contribute to Daily Operations — Assist with scheduling, opening/closing duties, inventory, and other operational tasks that keep the gym running efficiently. Collaborate with the Gym Director to complete all daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly operational tasks.
Qualifications
  • Energetic, outgoing personality with a genuine love for working with children and families.
  • Experience teaching, coaching, or leading youth programs (gymnastics, dance, sports, early childhood education, or similar). Prior experience in a children’s activity center, fitness facility, or customer‑facing role is a plus but not required.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, coach, and inspire team members.
  • Excellent communication and customer‑service skills, both in person and over the phone.
  • Organized and detail‑oriented, able to manage schedules, programs, and daily operations.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends for classes, events, and birthday parties.

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
