You'll be a key part of the treatment teamโ€”helping maintain a safe, respectful, recovery focused environment while residents rest, reset, and heal.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting clients through overnight programming and activities
  • Monitoring safety, behavior, and daily living needs
  • Acting as a go between for clients and clinical staff
  • Helping with intakes, paperwork, assessments, and documentation
  • Assisting during crises (with training and supervision)
  • Transporting clients to meetings or appointments when needed
  • Supporting recovery focused routines with empathy and professionalism

You'll receive frequent supervision, guidance, and training, so you're never on your own.

What You Need

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to stay awake, alert, and engaged overnight
  • Valid driver's license plus a clean driving record
  • Willingness to complete required PA Child Abuse and FBI Fingerprinting clearances, drug screen, TB test, and CPR/First Aid.
