Job description

The Child Program Director/Intake Coordinator manages the day to day operations for the Child and Adolescent Program and oversees Intake Department.
In addition:
. Ensures compliance with SBH policies and procedures as well as applicable regulatory agencies.
. Ensures clinical documentation meets the standards of NYSOMHS Part 599
. Participate in clinical evaluation of clients ensuring TPR's are reviewed and signed with the required time frame.
. Provides leadership and supervision to clinicians and program staff through individual and teams meetings.
. Review and assign all referrals
1. Minimum of 7 years of prior experience in mental health setting including school setting.
2. Master's in Social Work and Licensed Clinical Social Work (LCSW)
3. Ability to maintain accurate records and interpret information.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Willingness to work cooperatively to achieve Department/Program goals.
6. Ability to prioritize and work under pressure to meet deadlines and/or audits review.
7. Bilingual preferred.
