We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team at Synergy Counseling in Garland, Texas. This position is fully remote, allowing you flexibility while working in a dedicated team focused on comprehensive detox and rehabilitation services. • Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of clients to understand their needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), ensuring they align with best practices and client goals.
• Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary while collaborating closely with other healthcare professionals.
• Utilize evidence-based methodologies to provide therapeutic support and counseling to clients and their families.
• Adhere to all Federal and State regulations pertaining to clinical practice, ensuring compliance and ethical standards.
• Establish and maintain a trusting rapport with clients and families to create a supportive healing environment.
• Deliver direct support to families, equipping them with knowledge and resources to foster their child’s development and wellbeing.

Your primary focus will be on a diverse range of clients undergoing detoxification from substance use. This includes working with various age groups and backgrounds, enabling you to apply your skills to make a significant impact on individuals and families affected by addiction. You will facilitate a supportive atmosphere that leads to constructive outcomes and promotes long-term recovery.

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas.
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to various learning styles and approaches, effectively tailoring interventions to meet diverse client needs.
• Strong commitment to natural learning environment practices and a holistic approach to client care.

• A minimum of one year’s experience working with children or individuals in early intervention services.
• Experience in substance use treatment or working in a detox center environment is highly desirable.
