Synergy Counseling is seeking a dedicated and passionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your duties will include:

  • Conducting thorough evaluations and assessments of children and families to identify needs, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress.
  • Participating in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) to ensure tailored support for each family.
  • Providing direct support and resources to families to encourage developmental milestones in their children.
  • Utilizing evidence-based practices, particularly the Natural Learning Environment Practices, to create effective, individualized strategies.
  • Building strong relationships with children, families, and interdisciplinary team members to foster a nurturing environment conducive to learning and growth.
  • Adhering to all federal and state regulations and standards to ensure the safety and health of both staff and individuals served.
  • Monitoring and documenting outcomes as part of a collaborative team effort, ensuring a continuous improvement approach to service delivery.
Patient Population / Client Focus

This role primarily focuses on children in need of early intervention services, particularly those experiencing developmental delays or disabilities. You will work closely with infants and toddlers to support their growth in physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills, ensuring they receive the resources needed for a healthy start in life.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • A valid LCSW license issued by the Texas Department of Public Health.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong communicative abilities, both written and verbal, promoting a respectful and collaborative work environment.
  • The capacity to adapt to various learning styles, tailoring approaches to meet the unique needs of each child and family.
Preferred Experience

  • A minimum of one year of experience working with children in early intervention services.

Compensation and Benefits
