Your schedule will typically follow the academic calendar, allowing you to work Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the social, emotional, and behavioral needs of students, utilizing tools and methodologies tailored to individual cases.
• Develop and implement personalized intervention plans that address identified challenges, incorporating evidence-based practices and strategies.
• Offer one-on-one counseling or group therapy sessions, focusing on topics such as problem-solving, coping strategies, and emotional regulation.
• Collaborate closely with educators and school administrators to design programs that enhance the educational experience, tailoring support mechanisms to fit varying student needs.
• Identify and connect students and families with external resources, such as mental health services or community organizations, ensuring comprehensive support systems are in place.
• Advocate for students' rights, facilitating access to necessary educational opportunities and addressing barriers to learning.
