• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify the needs and challenges faced by children and adolescents.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans, integrating best practices and considering developmental stages and family dynamics.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions through virtual sessions, using techniques suited to the unique requirements of young clients.
• Facilitate family therapy sessions to educate and empower parents and caregivers, helping them to foster nurturing home environments.
• Collaborate with child psychiatrists and allied health professionals to ensure a well-rounded approach to each patient's care.
• Provide crisis intervention support during mental health emergencies, ensuring timely and appropriate response.
• Educate patients and families about mental health, treatment options, and available community resources to enhance their understanding and support network.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in alignment with regulatory standards and ethical guidelines.
• Engage in team meetings, consultations, and ongoing professional development to share insights and improve service delivery.
• Stay updated on the latest research and advancements in child and adolescent psychiatric practices.

This role focuses on children and adolescents who face various mental health concerns, necessitating a dedicated approach to their emotional and developmental needs. You will foster meaningful connections with young clients, often working alongside their families to build supportive environments conducive to growth and healing.

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Texas.
• Comprehensive knowledge of child and adolescent mental health disorders and treatment modalities.
• Demonstrated experience delivering therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and families.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a child-centered approach to therapy.
• Skilled in building rapport with families and young clients.
• Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and familiar with telehealth technology.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health counseling role.
• Previous experience in a remote or telehealth setting is advantageous.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer:
