• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to identify the needs of children and their families, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), ensuring tailored support aligned with family goals.
• Monitor and evaluate progress, adjusting strategies as necessary to optimize child development outcomes.
• Provide critical support to families, equipping them with strategies and resources to enhance their child's development in a nurturing environment.
• Utilize a coaching model and natural learning environment techniques to reinforce developmental skills during varied everyday interactions.
• Comply with all applicable federal and state regulations to ensure the health and safety of all individuals we serve.
• Develop strong rapport with families, children, and multidisciplinary team members, promoting a collaborative and supportive atmosphere.
• Implement evidence-based strategies that address the diverse needs of each child based on individual learning styles.

This role primarily focuses on children aged 0-3 years and their families, particularly those facing developmental challenges. Our services cater to a diverse population, ensuring that every child receives the specialized support they require to thrive. • A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work is required.
• A valid LCSW licensure from the Department of Public Health is essential.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.

• Excellent organization and time management skills to manage caseload effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a respectful and collaborative approach to teamwork.
