This position is primarily remote, offering flexibility while ensuring that our counselors maintain a connection with the outpatient office environment as needed. • Conduct detailed assessments of clients to develop tailored treatment plans that address individual circumstances and needs, including pre-crisis and crisis management strategies.
• Compile and maintain accurate documentation that adheres to regulatory standards, ensuring compliance and accountability within the therapeutic process.
• Implement evidence-based screening tools and therapeutic methodologies as guided by the clinical team, adapting approaches based on ongoing client evaluations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute positive behavioral support plans, integrating input from various stakeholders to enhance client success.
• Participate actively in licensing and accreditation processes, demonstrating our commitment to regulatory excellence and high standards in mental health service delivery.

Our clients range from individuals struggling with emotional distress to those facing substance use challenges, developmental disabilities, and recovery from brain injuries. • A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.
• Completion of a full-time clinical internship in a mental health setting, equipping you with practical experience and professional insights.
• Eligibility for licensure by the State of Massachusetts as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor.
• A valid driver’s license in good standing, facilitating any necessary travel for client meetings or workshops.
• Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to build rapport and trust quickly with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
• Strong listening skills coupled with the ability to empathize while providing constructive guidance to clients.
• Organizational skills with a keen attention to detail, essential for managing client records and treatment documentation effectively.

• Experience with a broad range of therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices.
• Familiarity or training in crisis intervention techniques.
• Previous work in a remote or hybrid counseling role, utilizing digital tools for effective client engagement and service delivery.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to USD 100,000, commensurate with experience, and includes a sign-on bonus.
