Together & Strong Counseling is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to join our dynamic team remotely. This role is entirely remote, offering you the flexibility to work from home while still engaging closely with our community health clinic's resources and support systems. You will leverage technology to maintain effective communication with families and collaborators, ensuring that distance does not hinder our commitment to care and connection. As a remote worker, you will have access to a range of digital tools and resources to facilitate evaluations, meetings, and collaborative efforts effectively.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to understand the developmental needs of children from birth to three years old.
• Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), tailoring interventions based on the unique needs of each child and family.
• Monitor progress and measure outcomes as a collaborative team member, ensuring that treatment plans are effective and impactful.
• Foster strong relationships with children and their families to create a nurturing environment that promotes healthy development.
• Utilize the coaching model and natural environment teaching techniques to facilitate the child's learning in meaningful contexts.
• Provide families with education and resources to support and enhance their child’s developmental progress.
• Remain compliant with all relevant federal and state regulations to maintain high standards of care and safety.

Your primary focus will be on infants and toddlers, particularly those with developmental delays or disabilities. Through your evaluations and interventions, you will assist young children in areas such as physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills. You will be instrumental in creating supportive frameworks that empower families and enable children to achieve developmental milestones in their crucial early years.

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.
• A current license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), sanctioned by the Department of Public Health.
• A valid driver's license to facilitate any necessary travel for client visits or team meetings.
• At least one year of experience working directly with children, particularly in early intervention settings.
• Demonstrated commitment to engaging in Natural Learning Environment Practices to support child development.
