Requirements You Might Be the Perfect Fit if You: Can pass a background check, have a High School Diploma, and hold at least one of the following qualifications: a Technical Certificate of Credit in early childhood education, a Specialist degree or PhD, a Paraprofessional Certificate issued by the GaPSC, a Master's degree in any field, a Georgia teacher certificate, a CDA credential, and a Bachelor's or Associate degree in any field. Have genuine empathy and understanding of children's needs and development.
