Professionals in child advocacy roles often encounter challenges such as navigating complex family dynamics, managing heavy caseloads, and balancing the needs of children with available resources. Patience, strong communication, and a nurturing attitude help build trust with children and families. These skills ensure a safe, supportive environment that promotes healthy growth and learning for each child.
