Role Overview

Epicured is seeking an Analyst, Commercial Research & Analytics to support our commercial strategy through research, analytics, and performance insights. This role will partner closely with the Chief Revenue & Strategy Officer and senior commercial leaders to support sales strategy, commercial marketing, pricing analysis, and market intelligence.

This is a hands-on analytical role ideal for an early-career professional who is strong in Excel, curious about markets, and interested in how data informs real commercial decisions.

Key ResponsibilitiesCommercial Analytics & Strategy Support
  • Support enterprise sales and commercial strategy initiatives through data analysis and research

  • Assist with revenue modeling, pricing analysis, and market sizing exercises

  • Build and maintain analytical models to support forecasting, pipeline analysis, and growth planning

Market Research & Competitive Intelligence
  • Conduct market and competitive research on products, services, customers, and peer organizations

  • Track industry trends, customer segments, and emerging opportunities

  • Synthesize research findings into clear insights and recommendations

Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Perform data mining across internal and external data sources

  • Build and maintain Excel-based trackers, models, and analytical tools

  • Support development of dashboards and recurring commercial reporting

Executive & Stakeholder Communication
  • Assist in preparing executive-ready PowerPoint presentations and materials

  • Translate analytical outputs into concise narratives for senior stakeholders

  • Support ad hoc analytical requests from commercial and leadership teams

Qualifications

  • 0–3 years of relevant experience in analytics, research, strategy, consulting, finance, or related fields

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Strong proficiency in Excel (formulas, data analysis, structured modeling)

  • Comfort working with data sets, identifying patterns, and drawing conclusions

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to commercial analytics, pricing analysis, or market research

  • Knowledge of the health insurance market, provider systems, or healthcare reimbursement

  • Understanding of population health or HEOR (Health Economics & Outcomes Research)

  • Experience creating PowerPoint presentations for senior audiences

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary Range: $55,000 – $65,000, commensurate with experience
