Our client, an innovative company in the veterinary and pet technology space, is seeking an experienced COO to partner directly with the Founder & CEO and lead U.S. expansion (currently in Korea and Japan), commercial growth, and operational excellence.

Our client, an innovative company in the veterinary and pet technology space, is seeking an experienced COO to partner directly with the Founder & CEO and lead U.S. expansion (currently in Korea and Japan), commercial growth, and operational excellence.

Who you are
  • MBA with 3+ years of operational and leadership experience.
  • Proven success in operational leadership, go-to-market strategy, business development, and B2B/B2B2C commercialization within pet-tech, biotech, medical device, or related industries.
  • Hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and can build scalable processes from the ground up.
  • Strong track record of delivering measurable business results and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a passion for the companion animal market.
What you'll do
  • Lead and scale U.S. business operations while establishing efficient, repeatable processes.
  • Execute market positioning and go-to-market strategies to expand presence in the veterinary and pet technology sectors.
  • Drive business development initiatives and secure partnerships with veterinary clinics and key industry stakeholders.
