Role Overview:
We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our executive leadership team at Moore Clean LLC. As the COO, you will be responsible for overseeing our company's ongoing business operations and ensuring that our internal systems, processes, and people are aligned with our long-term strategic goals. You will act as the right hand to the CEO, translating the company’s vision into actionable operational strategies that drive efficiency, scalability, and sustained growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Strategy: Design and implement comprehensive business strategies and procedures that promote company culture and vision.
  • Performance Management: Establish performance goals and KPIs for departments, monitoring progress to ensure company objectives are met.
  • Resource Allocation: Manage capital investment and operational budgets to maximize profitability and efficiency.
  • Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in internal workflows and implement scalable solutions to streamline operations across all departments.
