Provive Wellness is a rapidly growing behavioral health organization providing PHP, IOP, and OP services across multiple states. We are scaling quickly and are looking for strong operational leadership to support that growth.
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly driven, execution-focused Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee operations across all locations.
This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership, moves quickly, and ensures that systems, teams, and processes are running effectively at all times.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day operations across all locations
  • Ensure consistency, efficiency, and accountability across teams
  • Lead and support Directors of Operations, Clinical Supervisors, and administrative staff
  • Drive execution of company initiatives and ensure follow-through
  • Identify operational gaps and implement solutions
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory and payer requirements
  • Support growth initiatives, including new location expansion
