Location: Nashville, TN 37201

Position Overview

We are looking for a true agency operator. This role is responsible for building, scaling, and running the operational engine of a high-growth digital marketing agency. The COO will own execution, accountability, operational infrastructure, delivery systems, client experience, organizational structure, and scalable growth across the business.

This is an in-office leadership role based in Nashville, TN.

Candidates without agency operating experience will not be considered regardless of general executive background.
