Are you a dynamic marketing leader with a background in personal injury law? SourcePro Search is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to spearhead our marketing strategy and drive business growth. Reporting directly to the Executive Director and working alongside a Consultant, this role will evolve as additional responsibilities are identified within our complex organizational structure.

Currently, three team members report to this role, offering an excellent opportunity to lead, mentor, and expand a talented marketing team.

What You’ll Do:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the personal injury law sector.
  • Oversee and manage a team of three marketing professionals, ensuring alignment with firm objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Director and Consultant to refine the role and integrate new responsibilities as needed.
  • Analyze market trends and client behavior to identify growth opportunities and implement targeted campaigns.
  • Strengthen the firm’s brand presence through digital, social media, and traditional marketing channels.
  • Monitor and optimize marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective strategies and high ROI.
  • Lead business development initiatives to attract new clients and maintain strong relationships with existing ones.
