Sales & Brand Growth Director

Job Description:

Establish and realize marketing goals at the director level. Direct and oversee all marketing initiatives. Grow the organization by creating emotional connections and increasing community influence. Lead a strategic marketing vision that amplifies both Sales and Brand Growth in our local restaurant and community.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a written marketing plan for the organization
  • Effectively communicate and achieve desired marketing goals
  • Calibrate monthly with the Operator on performance and initiatives/focus areas
  • Work directly with the Director of Financial Stewardship to create and steward the monthly marketing budget
  • Leverage marketing assets:
  • Food - Lead with real food, then DOCs if necessary
  • Cow - Chick-fil-A Celebrity
  • People - Create "REMARK"able experiences
  • Influence - Impact the community through inside/outside restaurant events
