AladdinB2B is looking for a CMO to set up their marketing department: We are looking for someone who fits the startups culture - we are a young, happy, and motivated masterminds team. We are looking for a qualified & trusted Co-Founder & CMO to join us and take care of the marketing, PR and the Aladdin brand.

The CMO shall form a mastermind alliance with the CEO, and be the second senior director who guides the business strategically.


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Aladdin Partnership Program, by appointing, onboarding and training agencies, resellers and event service providers to sell Aladdin Technology.
  • Planning, implementation, managing and running of all the marketing activities of a company, including business planning, budgeting, forecasting and negotiations.
  • Strengthen the internal controls
  • Build the marketing strategy +development & monitoring marketing reporting
  • Assist the company in getting ready for future market expansion and strategy
  • Maintaining investor relations, clients and partnership compliance.
  • Managing and leading business developpement: Marketing and PR teams
  • Providing leadership, direction and strategy of the Marketing, customer service and PR team
  • Should have worked with Technology startups before and helped them innovate with the latest marketing strategie.
  • Providing strategic recommendations to the CEO and members of the executive management team on scaling the company through different stages of Business expansion and development
  • The CMO main responsibility is to take care of the marketing & branding including the following main responsibilities:
  • Product/market fit: Aladdin initial market is the exhibitions, but the future is to be a leading provider of B2B trade technology, that can be provided to any event or company. The CMO shall helb develop product market fit for future offering
  • Demand Generation: by using the right story, with inbound and outbound marketing channels. Have a clear understanding of Customer Acquisition Cost, how to calculate Customer Lifetime Value, and how the sales cycle can be shortened using content marketing or other funnel optimization strategy.
  • Test and optimize demand channels: CMO should to test on a small scale different marketing channels then expand or shut it down if it doesn't work
  • Branding Aladdin as the new agile technology that revolutionized how B2B trade is done. Combining the power of real business network & technology
  • Building a marketing and Customer Success team.
  • Other Responsibilities: Helping the CEO with Fundraising, testing & evaluating the product




Job Location:

Ideally located in Dubai, however remote CMOs applications are acceptable. The candidate must hold a passport allowing him/her to travel to the US, EU, UK, and Canada (where our main investors & clients are).
