  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on data interpretation and performance measurement.

What Success Looks Like in This Role
  • Leadership receives clear, actionable insights - not just data.
  • KPIs are defined, standardized, and consistently reported.
  • Decision-making improves through better visibility into performance trends and risks.
  • Reporting becomes proactive rather than reactive.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 5-7 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or decision support roles.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and data querying.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting executive or senior leadership with data-driven insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
  • Experience working in a government or IT operations environment preferred.
  • Familiarity with data governance, compliance, and reporting best practices.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must possess good vision and hearing capabilities.
