You will work in close partnership with the Chief Customer Officer (CCO) and her Customer Success team, including the Operations Team, collaborating with seniorCustomer Successleaders and influencing strategic decision-making throughaccurateforecasting, insightful analysis, and trusted businesspartnership.

Your Impact

  • Become a trusted advisor to senior leadership, influencing weekly business activities and strategic decision-making.ย 
  • Own the top-line renewals forecast, delivering key insights and executive-level summaries on critical metrics (Bookings, Billings, ARR, GRR).ย 
  • Lead the P&L process and strategic analysis for GTM functions, focusing on revenue drivers, resource allocation, and expense management.ย 
  • Drive improvements in management reporting by partnering with Operations toย more accurately track operating and financial results.ย 
  • Champion the adoption of AI tools in day-to-day operations to drive predictive analytics and automate financial reporting.ย 
  • Lead the development and implementation of highly scalable financial processes and models to support enterprise growth and operational excellence.ย 
  • Distill and synthesize complex issues, communicating key messages and actionable recommendations to the leadership team.ย 
  • Direct headcount and operating expense strategy for Customer Success, partnering with Recruiting and department leaders to align with budget.ย 
  • Partner with corporate FP&A on the long-range planning model, ensuring cross-functional alignment and clear communication of key drivers.ย 

Yourย Qualificationsย 

  • 8+ years of progressive FP&A or business finance experience in a high-growth, global SaaS environment.ย 
  • Provenย track recordย of effective businessย partnershipย and influencing decisions at the senior leadership level.ย 
  • Exceptional ability to work cross-functionally and drive alignment in a fast-paced, constantly evolving setting.ย 
  • Superior communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills withย anย ability to distill complex information into a clear narrative.ย 
  • Expertiseย in building complex, automated, and scalable financial models to support executive-level reviews and strategic decisions.ย 
  • Experience with enterprise financial planning tools, particularly Anaplan, is highly desirable.ย
