Job description

The Chicken Hatchery Warehouse Associate supports hatchery operations by handling the storage, organization, and movement of supplies, feed, and equipment. This position ensures that all materials are received, stored, and distributed efficiently while maintaining cleanliness standards to support healthy chick production.


Key Responsibilities


  • Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials such as feed, packaging, equipment, and cleaning supplies.
  • Prepare and load outgoing shipments of chicks, eggs, or supplies according to production schedules.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and report shortages or damaged goods.
  • Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, or carts safely and efficiently.
  • Ensure that all storage areas are kept clean, organized, and compliant with company biosecurity and safety standards.
  • Assist in the cleaning and sanitation of hatchery areas, trays, and equipment as needed.
  • Work closely with hatchery and production staff to support daily operations and schedules.
  • Follow all animal welfare, quality, and safety protocols.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
