Department: Administration | Reports To: Executive Administrative Assistant Status: Non-Exempt

Position Summary
As Team Members of the Administrative Team, Receptionists are CRCR Ambassadors and take personal ownership to ensure all their actions are in the best interest of the business. Receptionists are responsible for performing secretarial and various administrative duties while serving as the first point of contact for incoming calls, vendor deliveries, and Back of House Guests.

Position Functions
Essential Functions:
•Provide exceptional Guest service while maintaining a positive attitude.•Assist the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in managing calendars and scheduling appointments.•Answer phones, screen incoming calls, and handle business-related inquiries.•Assist with the receiving of goods, and ensure Purchase Order workflow is followed.•Maintain security required logbooks, and issues visitor badges.•Perform general clerical duties, such as copying, filing, and emailing documents.•Other duties as assigned.
