Front of House Shift Supervisor
Position Summary
As Team Members of the Food and Beverage team, Front of House Shift Supervisors are CRCR Ambassadors and take personal ownership to ensure all their actions are in the best interest of the business. Front House Shift Supervisors are responsible for inspiring, supporting, and motivating Team Members to provide exceptional service and create memorable experiences for Guests while managing daily food and service operations.
Position Functions
Essential Functions:
• Provide exceptional Guest service while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Support and motivate Team Members while ensuring team responsibilities are performed according to established departmental standards
.• Manage daily dining area operations by overseeing a team, coordinating activities, and ensuring a positive dining experience for our Guests.
• Supervise the floor during meal periods to ensure that all standards and steps of service are met through Guests' interactions
.• Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, ensuring a smooth workflow
.• Monitor inventory and ensure all food supplies and other restaurant essentials are adequately stocked.
• Move throughout the outlet and kitchen areas to visually monitor and act, ensuring food quality and service standards are met.
• Verify temperatures, assess the appearance and taste of products, and check preparation methods to determine quality.
• Give guidance toward department improvement and make necessary adjustments for consistency.
• Assist the Restaurant Manager in working closely with Brand and Guest Experience team to ensure that all promotions and collateral updates (including social media and website information and menu updates) are done promptly.
• Ensure all daily and monthly reports are detailed and submitted promptly.
• Ensure equipment maintenance by calling for repairs while using proper standard operating procedures to report and fix these issues.
• Conduct competitive research and report on trends and recommendations.
• Prepare periodic status reports related to departmental operations
.• Provide technical services/support to the Restaurant Manager.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• 2+ years as a Restaurant Supervisor or a similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Proficient in Restaurant Management software such as Micros, Agilysys, or similar software.
• Knowledge of food health and safety principles and regulations.
• Familiarity with training Team Members.
• Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
• 3+ years as a Restaurant Supervisor, Head Waiter, or Server Trainer in a restaurant atmosphere.
• Casino experience.
• Additional industry certifications.
