POSITION SUMMARY:Food preparation and cook positions are responsible for executing recipes and procedures in a consistent manner to ensure excellent food quality and a great guest experience. These positions also are responsible for ensuring a sanitary work area at all times, setting up stations and properly storing and labeling product, ensuring all necessary items are stocked and fresh, ensuring any allergies or special requests are handled correctly; and interacting in a positive and fast paced manner.
