We are looking for experienced meat production employees for a well-known meat company in Hamilton, ON. You will be working with various raw/cooked/smoked meats including chicken, beef and pork! Shift runs Monday to Friday 7am-3pm (please be flexible as the end times vary day to day) Pay $18/hr+ depending on experience. Full time, temp to hire position! Your duties will include: The duties and responsibilities will include a variety of production tasks while following HACCP and operational practices related to the area. Working on stuffing line racking sticks of meat product. Portioning various meet (ribs, pork) in bins Working in meat pumping area Cutting of meat to prep for production Work in cold storage Prep racks of meat for smoke house cooking General cleaning of machines, tools Pushing/Pulling buggies of meat to required areas. Weighing and loading meat into production buggies. Must be able to handle the physical demands of the role. This role can be physically demanding at times, so applicants must be comfortable with lifting more than 50lbs and pushing/pulling throughout shift. APPLY NOW!
